1. User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) regulates the relationship regarding the use of the Site and the general terms and conditions regarding the possible provision of Services between the Contractor (hereinafter referred to as the “Site Owner”), on the one hand, and the Customer, an individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the “Site Visitor”), who has accepted the terms of this Agreement, on the other hand. Hereinafter, when jointly referred to as the “Parties”, and separately as the “Party”.

This Agreement and the relations of the Parties arising from this Agreement are governed by law.

2. General provisions of the User Agreement

The following terms and definitions apply in this document:

  • Site – an Internet resource (website) located in the domain zone of the Site Owner and on all its subdomain names.
  • Agreement – the user's consent to all additions and changes that may occur on the site.
  • Administration / Representative of the Site, Site Owner - persons authorized by the Site Owner to perform the actions provided for in the Agreement.
  • Visitor – any person who has visited the Site, is on it and uses the available functionality of the Site to view the content posted on it.
  • User – a legally capable individual who has joined this Agreement in his own interest or acts on behalf of or in the interests of a legal entity represented by him.

Any Site Visitor may voluntarily fill out the form provided for this purpose and become a User.

The site contains information and materials about services that may later be provided to the User in the event of signing a real contract.

When using the Site, the User does not have the right to impersonate another person or a representative of an organization and/or community without sufficient rights, including employees of the Site, as well as to use any other forms and methods of illegal representation of other persons on the Internet, as well as to mislead Users, the Site and its representatives regarding the properties and characteristics of any entities or objects.

In the event of a violation of rights and/or interests in connection with the use of the Site, including by another User, the Site Owner should be notified by submitting a corresponding written notification, a telephone message with a detailed description of the circumstances of the violation and/or a hypertext link to the page containing materials that violate the relevant rights and/or interests of the Site.

3. Intellectual rights

All elements accessible through the Site, including design elements, text, graphic images, illustrations, videos, computer programs, databases, music, sounds and other objects placed within the Site, are the objects of exclusive rights of the Site and other copyright holders. The Site grants the User the right to its functional use within the limits of its general functionality.

Using the Site in other ways, including by copying (reproducing) the content posted on the Site, as well as design elements, computer programs and databases that are part of the Site, their decompilation, modification, and further distribution, public display, and public disclosure, are strictly prohibited, unless otherwise provided for in this Agreement and related Agreements between the Parties.

The User does not have the right to reproduce, repeat and copy, sell, or use for any commercial purposes any parts of the Site (including the Content available to the User through the Agreement), or access to them, except in cases where the User has received such permission from the Site / Site Owners, or when this is expressly provided for by additional documents (Agreements between the Parties).

The User's use of the Site, as well as the Content posted on it, for personal non-commercial use is permitted subject to compliance with all laws protecting copyright, related rights, trademarks, other notices of authorship, preservation of the name (or pseudonym) of the author/name of the copyright holder in an unchanged form, preservation of the corresponding object in an unchanged form. The exception is cases expressly provided for by the legislation regulating general data protection or additional documents for the use of the Site.

The Site may contain links to sites on the Internet (third-party sites). The specified third parties and their Content are not checked by the Site for compliance with certain requirements (authenticity, completeness, etc.). The Site is not responsible for any information, materials posted on third-party sites to which the User gains access in connection with the use of the Site, as well as for the availability of such sites or information and the consequences of their use by the User.

A link (in any form) to any site, product, service, or any information of a commercial or non-commercial nature posted on the Site does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of these products (services, activities) by the Site, except in cases where the Site expressly indicates this.

4. Notifications

The Site Owner / Administration / Site Representative and persons represented by the Site have the right to send informational electronic messages to the User at the email address, phone number, or link to the page on social networks specified by the User, which will provide the User with an answer to a question or request that he left within the framework of the Site's functionality or in connection with it.

5. Final provisions

This Agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, which regulates general data protection. Issues not regulated by this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation. All possible disputes arising from the relations regulated by this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of Ukraine.

If for one reason or another one or more provisions of this Agreement are found to be invalid or unenforceable, this does not mean that the remaining provisions are NOT invalid or unenforceable.

Temporary inaction on the part of the Site in the event of a violation by the User or other Users of the provisions of the Agreement does not deprive the Site of the right to take appropriate actions to protect its interests later, nor does it mean that the Site has waived its rights in the event of similar or similar violations in the future.

All disputes regarding the Agreement or in connection with it shall be subject to consideration in court at the location of the Site in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

This User Agreement is valid within the framework of the current legislation of Ukraine on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

1. Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement posted and/or available on the Internet on the Site domain, as well as other agreements with the User that may be signed with the User.

By using the functionality of the Site, the User expresses his/her consent to the Site's Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy), and of his/her own free will and in his/her own interests gives written consent to the following methods of processing Personal Information:

Collection, recording, systematization, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction for the purposes established by this Policy with the use of automation or without the use of such means at its discretion.

In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User should not transfer personal data by filling out the relevant forms on the Site.

The Privacy Policy applies to all personal information that the Site may obtain from the User when using the Site, programs and products of the Site.

2. Why do we collect Users' personal information?

  • Providing the User with access to information and functionality of the Site.
  • Establishing feedback with the User, including phone calls, messages, requests related to the use of the Site, provision of services, processing requests and applications from the User, sending advertising and other information about promotions and other services of the Site.
  • Determining the User's location to ensure security and prevent fraud.
  • Confirmation of the accuracy and completeness of personal data provided by the User.
  • Providing the User with effective customer and technical support in case of problems related to the use of the Site.
  • Providing the User with updated services, special offers, pricing information, newsletters and other information on behalf of the Site.
  • Carrying out advertising activities on the Site.
  • Providing the User with access to the sites or services of the Site's partners in order to obtain products, updates and services.

3. Information we collect

  • Technical information is automatically collected by the Site's software when Visitors access it and use its functionality.
  • Personal information provided by Users when filling out the relevant forms on the Site.
  • Any information Information that Users provide at their own discretion when filling out certain forms. Such forms may include:
    • Comment . If a Visitor leaves a comment on the Site, we collect the data specified in the comment form, as well as the visitor's IP address and browser user-agent data for the purpose of spam detection. An anonymized string created from the Visitor's e-mail address (hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to determine whether he uses it. Gravatar Privacy Policy is available hereAfter a comment is approved, the User's profile picture will be publicly visible in the context of their comment.
    • Media files If the User is registered on the Site and uploads photos to the Site, the Site Administration recommends avoiding uploading images with EXIF metadata, as they may contain the User's GPS location data and other Visitors and/or Users will be able to obtain this information by downloading images from the Site.
    • Embedded content from other sites . Information on the Site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.), such content behaves in the same way as if the Visitor had visited another site. Other sites may collect data about the User, use their own cookies, implement additional third-party tracking and monitor interaction with the embedded content, including tracking interaction if you have an account and are logged in to a particular site.

4. Technical information

When Visitors to the Site access it and use its functionality, information from standard server logs automatically becomes available to the Site administration. This includes:

  • IP address of the Visitor's computer (or proxy server, if used to access the Internet),
  • Internet provider name
  • domain name
  • browser and operating system type
  • information about the site/page on social networks from which you accessed the Site
  • the pages of the Site that you visit
  • date and time of these visits

This information is analyzed by the Site Representatives to analyze site traffic, and is used in developing proposals for its improvement and development. The connection between the Visitor's IP address and personal information is never disclosed to third parties, except in cases where there is consent and / or the legislation of Ukraine requires it. Technical information about Site visits is also collected by statistics counters installed on the site (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).

5. Personally Provided Information

For the purpose of concluding the User Agreement, the User may also provide the following personal data about himself or about the organization and its representatives in whose interests he acts:

  • Surname, first name and patronymic
  • Position
  • Phone number and/or e-mail
  • If necessary, the name of the organization
  • Corporate registration data (enterprise code, tax number, registration address and mailing address of such organization, corporate telephone number, current account, name of the servicing bank, etc.).

The specified information about the organization does not belong to personal data.

6. Obligations of the parties

The user is obliged to:

  • Provide information about personal data necessary for using the Site within the framework of the User Agreement or when signing the Agreement.
  • In the event of signing an Agreement with the Site Owner, update and supplement the provided information about personal data in the event of changes to this information.

The Administration / Site Representative / Site Owner is obliged to:

  • Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.
  • To ensure the storage of confidential information, not to disclose without the prior permission of the User, and not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose in other possible ways the transferred personal data of the User. The User's personal data may be stored for a period of time and/or be transferred to authorized state authorities only on the grounds and in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of Ukraine.
  • Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the procedure usually used to protect this type of information in existing business transactions.
  • To destroy or block personal data relating to the relevant User from the moment of the request or request of the User or his legal representative or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of detection of inaccurate personal data or illegal actions.

7. Additional terms and conditions

The Administration / Site representative / Site Owner has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without consent and without notifying the User. The User assumes responsibility for familiarizing himself with the updated version of the Privacy Policy, according to which the rules for using the Site are regulated. Changes to the Privacy Policy come into force from the moment of its posting on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy is located on the Contractor's Website and its subdomains on the Internet.

This Privacy Policy has been developed and operates within the framework of current EU legislation on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
